Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, Depending on Experience

Job Description

1. Review and process vehicle inventories into corresponding dealers locations.
2. Submit payments.
3. Complete daily billings.
4. Complete weekly schedule reviews.
5. Complete end-of-month activities and account reconciliations.
6. Review titles paperwork and supporting documents (CarFax, NMVTIS, POAs, lien releases, statement of facts, decrees). Verify VIN, cost, year, make, model, etc.
7. Review, approve, and initiate customer equity payments; submit lien payoffs checks or via Dealer Track Portal.
8. Provide administrative support to management, other Sonic locations, vendors, and staff as needed.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of CDK a plus; dealership accounting preferred.
2. Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
4. Computer literate with accurate and heavy data entry skills.
5. Self-motivated with effective prioritization and organization skills.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Knowledge of DMV requirements is a plus.
8. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
9. Good judgment.
10. Authorized to work in the USA.
11. Ability to perform duties safely and pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid drivers license.
