Job Title: Cleanroom Technician
Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing facility known for producing high-quality diapers and baby wipes. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting machine operators to ensure efficient production processes. This role involves operating and monitoring machinery, performing routine inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in running approximately three machines.
• Set up and load machines with materials.
• Monitor computer screens for error codes and alert operators as needed.
• Perform lockout, tagout processes for maintenance.
• Stage materials for machine loading.
• Inspect materials periodically.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Document daily tasks and activities.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Capability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and machine operation.
• Familiarity with automated production processes.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good team player.

Work Environment

Work in a highly automated and clean manufacturing environment that adheres to GMP standards. The facility is extremely well organized, and you will work closely with a team. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and appropriate work attire, with minimal jewelry and hair pulled back. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site cafeteria, as employees are required to remain on campus during work hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
