We seek a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across an ecosystem. At Accenture, you will conceptualize and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team including strategists, writers, designers, data analysts, technology, media, and studio production specialists. The work: Work under the direction of the creative director and often in partnership with a writer to develop visual concepts and solutions that address creative challenges while maintaining or developing an optimal design workflow. Oversee and actively participate in creating visual designs and systems, including typography, logos, icons, and more, applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements, and usability. Conceptualize and design solutions that are on brief, on brand, and leverage brand style guides and strategic principles. Assign tasks and direct designers, production staff, and vendors to fulfill the creative vision. Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients. Present and defend solutions to other creatives, account leaders, and clients. Collaborate across disciplines with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and developers.
