Accurately input and update client systems, spreadsheets, or internal systems. Look over the data for any errors or missing information; resolve any incompatibilities; verify the output. To ensure accurate record-keeping and quick data access, it is helpful to organize and maintain files. Schedule regular audits to ensure data correctness and record discrepancies. Aim for precise data entry on a daily or weekly basis. Communicate with groups or supervisors as needed to resolve issues or provide clarification. You will need either a high school diploma or its equivalent; further college credits are an added bonus. We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience doing administrative work or data entry. Skilled typist with experience with either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (45 WPM minimum required). exceptional ability to manage time effectively, pay close attention to detail, and solve problems.
