A supportive, dog-loving team that treats you like family Daily work that matters - helping dogs stay clean, healthy, and happy Real career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company What You'll Do Clean and prep dogs for grooming services (bath, nail care, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, gland expression) Perform wellness checks and record key indicators using our SCENT Check system Handle dogs safely and gently, making sure they feel comfortable and secure Work as part of a team to keep services on schedule Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment Pitch in wherever needed to keep the Scenter running smoothly Who You Are A dog lover with patience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic Comfortable lifting dogs (up to 70 lbs) and being on your feet for long periods A great teammate who communicates well and supports others Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into a professional grooming role Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation Skills That Set You Apart Experience handling dogs (in work, volunteer, or personal settings) Comfort with physical tasks and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willingness to ask for help or offer support to keep the team on track Ability to self-assess and maintain high grooming standards About Scenthound Scenthound is a wellness-focused dog grooming franchise on a mission to keep dogs clean, healthy, and happy.
