Its core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all. Position Overview We are seeking a General Manager of Performance . This individual will oversee all golf operations at the location, manage staff, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The GM of Performance reports directly to the National Director of Golf. Responsibilities Hire, manage, and train golf staff, including Assistant GMs Manage location P&L for golf and retail offerings; meet revenue targets Coordinate with the Director of Instruction for coaching services Set and uphold service standards for golf staff Evaluate staff performance and ensure operational needs are met Build community relationships and foster customer loyalty Ensure guest satisfaction through active engagement Maintain proficiency with golf simulator technology and equipment Manage inventory of golf equipment and supplies Develop product knowledge and cross-sell offerings Organize member events and engage with golf associations Communicate effectively with corporate leadership Provide excellent account services from onboarding to termination Maintain knowledge of F&B offerings and ensure quality service Follow health and safety regulations Verify guests' legal drinking age Qualifications Passion for golf 5+ years in hospitality, golf, or sports management (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with swing analysis and launch monitor technology Energetic, positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations Availability during high-value times Physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver stairs Benefits Health, Dental, Vision insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Free meals during shifts Additional Details Full-time, exempt position with a salary of $70k-$80k plus bonuses and incentives based on performance and membership retention.
