Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Japanese Customer Service Representative .

Position type: Full time - Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote

As a Japanese Customer Service Representative , you will:

• Be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems.
• Navigate through multiple systems at a time.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Native speaking Japanese and English as the 2nd language.
• Required HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience is required.
• Healthcare industry experience - Preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20-25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
