U31 is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated Junior Interior Designer to become part of our dynamic team and culture. If you have at least two years of experience in an interior design studio—particularly with a focus on condominium design—and thrive in a collaborative, inspiring environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves supporting intermediate and senior team members and coordinating supplier visits to ensure library materials are maintained. We’re looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:
· Self-driven and highly motivated
· Strong design sensibility and expertise in space planning
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape, and Photoshop for accurate 3D modeling, lighting, and post-production.
· Capable of producing 2D renderings utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite to apply finishes, textures, and visual enhancements .
· Experience and/or familiarity with Revit is beneficial
· A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of local interior design practices and codes, particularly as they apply to condominiums and private residential markets
