Family Medicine NP/PA – CHRISTUS Health, Stonewall, Louisiana

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an experienced family medicine FNP or PA to join our Rural Health Clinic located in Stonewall, Louisiana

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 15 - 20 patients per day

Stonewall, Louisiana is located in DeSoto Parish- just south of Shreveport. It offers a peaceful, community atmosphere. Requirements:

Must be licensed in the state of Louisiana or be eligible to be licensed

Experience as an FNP or PA in an outpatient family medicine setting is required for this position
