The Western Regional Manager will lead and grow a project and design engineering team, provide operational oversight, and pursue new work opportunities with power generation clients in the Western region, in particular renewable (Solar, BESS) clients. This role will require a good understanding of our company's technical capabilities together with the client's needs as well as our competitors and talent pool in the region. The successful candidate will leverage knowledge of our company's technical capabilities, regional competitors, and the talent pool to establish and lead a highly skilled, committed team of engineers and designers.
