Assists Flexographic Printing Press Operator using Flexographic printing equipment to manufacture required graphics on paper and film substrates that will be used for medical device packaging while minimizing waste and maintaining required budgeted throughput rates. Assists in setting up printing press components and processes printed web material through the rewind and slitting equipment as necessary, maintaining required budgeted throughput rates. Printing press experience preferred. Responsibilities include checking quality and correctness of printing mats, setting up and aligning printing mats, inspecting raw materials, operating the printing press to produce high quality products, performing cleanup and preventative maintenance, making repairs and assisting maintenance, inventory control of inks and materials, scheduling web material processing, completing material transfers, maintaining spare parts inventory, processing web materials on slitting equipment, maintaining GMP clean work area, reporting safety hazards, production and waste reporting, and maintaining product quality with inspection sheets. Must be a licensed forklift operator and comply with all safety and quality regulations. Education requirement is High School Diploma or GED. The role requires onsite presence with a minimum of 4 days per week in office to maintain culture and operations.
