Key responsibilities include: User and License Management : Overseeing user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups to ensure appropriate access levels and data security. System Configuration and Maintenance : Customizing Salesforce applications by managing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and permissions. This also involves performing regular system audits, updates, and ensuring data integrity.
