We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Livingston, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and engaging with the community. Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee event logistics, including registration, setup, materials, supplies, and volunteer coordination.
• Manage and update a shared marketing calendar to ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for iStrive, a Saturday program for adults on the autism spectrum, including participant management, basic bookkeeping, and communication follow-ups.
• Assist with recruiting efforts for iStrive by reaching out to organizations and families, and potentially leading outreach meetings both onsite and in the community.
• Handle inquiries and schedule appointments for onsite mental health treatment services.
• Design and distribute marketing materials using tools such as Canva and Constant Contact.
• Create and manage surveys using SurveyMonkey to gather feedback and insights.
• Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the planning and execution of various marketing activities and campaigns.• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Constant Contact, Canva, and SurveyMonkey.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience in coordinating events and managing schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as participant tracking and basic bookkeeping.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including families and community organizations.
• Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
