About the Job

Vice President of Finance (CFO)

ELIXIR MD™ Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance (CFO) (title commensurate with experience) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization and driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The role will oversee all Finance and Accounting operations across our global footprint, including the U.S. and Mexico, and will provide critical insights and recommendations to the CEO and other senior

leaders.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in financial leadership within medical device, technology, or manufacturing sectors, demonstrating success in scaling high-growth companies. Experience managing investor relations, implementing financial systems, and supporting operational efficiency in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment is essential.

About You

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in private equity-backed environments, medical device, technology, or manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling a business to $100M+ in revenue.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Strong investor relations experience, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with ELIXIR MD™ Inc.’s growth goals.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning processes.
  • Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on optimizing revenue, profitability, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze market and financial trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and all compliance matters.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the organization.
  • Collaborate with legal and external advisors to manage financial compliance.

Cost & Risk Management

  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Identify and manage financial and operational risks, including supply chain exposure.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve cost structures.
  • Oversee enterprise risk management, including insurance, liability, and hedging strategies.

Capital Management & Investor Relations

  • Manage the company’s capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity.
  • Lead relationships with banks, investors, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for potential M&A opportunities and strategic investments.
  • Ensure transparency and confidence in financial reporting for external partners.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop high-performing Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement best-in-class practices and systems to support scalability.
  • Invest in the growth and professional development of team members.

SALARY RANGE

The full-time base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
